Your new system may have to be delivered from the manufacturer, in which case we’ll have to wait until it arrives. However, in our experience the installation process, including shipping, usually doesn’t take more than 2 to 3 business days from start to finish. It may seem logical: if your outdoor heating unit has failed, but your indoor unit seems perfectly fine, why not just replace the outdoor unit?
